Privacy Policy
This site collects only what you choose to send it — a form entry, a
call, a text — and uses it for exactly one purpose: calling you back and, if you ask,
introducing you to a contractor. Your information is never sold, rented, or added to a
marketing list. Deletion is one phone call away.
What gets collected
- The contact form: whatever you type — name, email, phone, and your description of the job. There is no hidden tracking attached to it.
- Calls and texts to (208) 656-1467: your number, the time, a voicemail recording if you leave one, and the text itself. The line runs on Twilio, which processes this data to deliver it.
- Ordinary web logs: the site is served by Cloudflare, which handles requests and keeps standard operational logs. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics scripts.
Where it goes
- Into the site's own private lead system, so a real person can call you back.
- To the contractor you ask to be connected with — that introduction is the service, and it only happens for your request.
- Nowhere else. No data brokers, no list sales, no "partners."
What you can ask for
Call or text (208) 656-1467 to ask what is stored about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deletion requests are honored unless a record must be kept for a legal reason, and you will be told plainly which it is.
Changes
